Tasting:

It is a very traditional cava with limited production. Their grapes come from Estates with vineyards in the heart of Upper Penedès. Straw yellow color with greenish tones, develops a nose with notes of white flowers and fruit flavors such as apple and pear. The palate has a fully integrated carbonic with flavors of ripe, elegant and floral anise, with integrated acidity throughout development which gives excellent structure and slightly vegetal aftertaste. intense aftertaste
