Tasting:

Coming from a selection of vineyards planted in gobelet, with an age oscilating between 40 and 120 years. Vines are located in the north of the Segovia province. Soils are sandy with gravel on an argyle subsoil, to which Verdejo variety adapts perfectly, giving to the wines a great aromatic potential, complexity and untuosity in the mouth.
This vintage was characteristic by a mild dry winter, followed by a fresh spring with generous rain. Summer went on with soft temperatures and a few isolated storms in determined locations. With yellow straw colour and greenish hints, clean and shiny. It is an intense, expresive and persistent wine with tropical fruits aromas, seeds and citrics on a floral and anisee basis. In the mouth it is tasty and balanced and shows good structure and fleshy character, a long end, slightly herbal and fruity.
