Known as our “estate wine”, it comes from Pago de Chafandín, planted with vines over 50 years old on very poor soils, which makes it perfect for producing high quality grapes. Jaros is a 100% Tinto Fino / Tempranillo. After the harvest, the wines resulting from the different sectors are classified by tasting, and depending on their expression, they are destined to a type of barrel. It is aged for a minimum of 21 months in French oak barrels. Potential aging potential of more than 20 years. Chafandín is a deep wine, with a lot of minerality, charcoal, spices, black fruit bathed in liquor, with a mouthfeel that conveys firmness, length and an aftertaste that makes you reflect on the rest of the sensations perceived.
