Wine produced in our El Quiñón estate. The vineyards are located in the lower part, protected by a hill to the north and facing the Douro River to the south. The 2019 vintage is characterized by mild and dry winter and spring months that favor good bud break. Jaros is considered our “estate wine”, grown in the perfect soil, environment and climate to obtain a wine with a unique terroir identity, freshness, elegance and great cellaring capacity. Jaros Roble single varietal Tinto Fino / Tempranillo. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks with a 17-day maceration with the skins. Aged for a minimum of 4 months in French and American oak barrels, with an aging capacity of 5 years. This variety of Tinto Fino has fruity notes, jovial in the mouth, with soft toasted notes and sweet tannins from its time in oak barrels, leaving a fresh and pleasant taste in the mouth.
