Les Ones 2019

Les Ones is one of our most limited editions, with a production of 2,984 numbered bottles. Les Ones is produced at Cal Grau, a 42 ha estate surrounded by mountains, olive trees, almond trees and undergrowth. This wine comes from two small plots totaling 2.4 ha with approximately 60 year old Samsó (Cariñena) vines. Red wine 100% Samsó (Cariñena). Les Ones is an exceptional wine that conveys a unique sensory experience. It is a subtle and elegant wine with fruity and floral notes. The name Les Ones comes from the optical effect produced when looking at the narrow terraces where the vineyard of our estate sits, reminding us of the word “Ones”, which in Catalan means Waves or Waves. Les Ones is only produced during the best vintages, obtaining a wine of intense aromatic complexity, with notes of ripe wild fruits with a balsamic background, and a spicy and toasted finish. This wine is sweet and fresh on the palate, with smoky and toasted touches from its time in French oak barrels.
